Buchanan, Crowley Set New Marks

Kevin Buchanan and Kevin Crowley established new career numbers during Saturday’s victory over the Saskatchewan Rush.

With a goal and three assists, Buchanan surpassed his previous single-season high of 62 points, set last season. He now has 64 points with two games remaining. Buchanan also added to his single-season assist total, which is a career-best 43.

Meanwhile, Crowley set a new single-season mark for goals in the win at Saskatchewan. He had two against the Rush, and now has 38 for the year. That leads the Black Wolves, and is tied for third in the NLL. Crowley needs one more goal to reach 200 for his career. His previous single-season best was 36 goals during his rookie season of 2012.

The Black Wolves are at Rochester Saturday and will close out the regular season at home on April 29th when they host Vancouver.
