Reilly O’Connor continues to build on his breakout second season in the National Lacrosse League, collecting 16 points on 13 assists and three goals for the Brooklyn Redmen in three Major Series Lacrosse games last week.

O’Connor leads the MSL with 67 points on 16 goals and 51 assists in 12 games. He had 51 points on18 goals and 33 assists with 55 loose balls for the Black Wolves in 2017.

Black Wolves captain Shawn Evans had three goals and an assist in one game for the Peterborough Lakers last week, an-8-7 loss to the Cobourg Kodiaks. It was the first loss of the season for the Lakers.

Evans was honored prior to the game as the 2016 team MVP and leading scorer. He currently ranks second in the MSL with 53 points on 16 goals and 37 assists.

Kyle Buchanan, who is playing with Evans on the Lakers, ranks fourth in scoring in the MSL with 18 goals, 25 assists and 43 points.
